There were a lot of things that needed to be done before he could continue with any of his own personal tasks. Jay'De was in possession of a chicken recipe that she couldn't fully read without him. And then there was the technology really required to fry the chicken after that. But there were things that eeded to be done, more important things like clearing out the crap of this little city right before he set up work shop again. Yesterday he had discovered something interesting.. That people in this town tended to be rather suseptable to vice. And well things like that tended to be worth a lot of money. And therein lay the temptation. He was going to need to build up some influence again, didnt much like the idea of ruling some huge city like Gera'Sey again. But regardless of what he wanted on that note. He still needed SOME kind of influence on this chess board.

So, vice was a start. He didn't like junkies. Didn't like their waste of space attitude. But they were a source of income. There was a product out there on the streets and he needed to start exploiting that. But first you needed to find that product. Its source. And then bring it under control. That was going to be his first plan of action. Bring the source of fundamental income. Under his control.

So todays plan, find the rest of the dealers that were handing out the supply. The issues with dealers and finding the suppliers was that in vice chances are that those in the game of supply were used to trying to keep the line of suppy and pushing totally seperate. it was a good way of keeping themselves out of the lin eof fire. But then again this place didn't really have what you'd be able to call law enforcement. hell he wasn't even sure if this place had any sort of law. But even the law didn't really much effect that, there were gang rivalries and such to think about. And well, people like that didn't really want to get caught in the whole eye of the public thing.

Then there was the second little discovery of his. This world didn't have any such thing as money.They ran off a basic barter system. Well you had to expect that kind of thing. But it was going to be one hell of an annoyance as far as storage and spending went. Gui. Things you did for oaths and shit, eh what the hell. Time to get to work.

After some wonderfully through and detailed interrogation of a few unsavory individuals Pennywise had learned a few things. The majority of the rackt in this place, wasn't situated in the ruins of this city. Rather this place had just become new and open ground in the past couple of weeks after this Dark king individual had stopped acting up on his power. Which meant that whoever was peddling here was simply testing the new waters. He didn't quite know what that meant for his plan concerning the tracking of the leads. But it meant one thing as far as vices were concerned. The source of it wasn't in this city. And that meant there was no further point looking into it. Well at least here anyways. Considering that at the moment his mind hadn't really jogged into what he could remember about his training on tracing objects to their source. He was stuck at what you'd call a perpetual dead end.

What he did know though was that there used to be a bunch in this town that knew all about this kind of trade. Vice that was. The Yakuza. He'd hung about with them for a bit and did the odd job, albiet whilst drunk off his rocker. Kind of explained his tattoos as well. Anyways, point being if he was going to learn anything about the trade in vice it was best he do it in a place where he knew it had formulated back in his day. Though he didn't know of how much use it was going to be to him right now. Chances are the building had rotted and looted with time. but at the moment it was the only thing that "Wiseman" had to go on. Of course as far as he knew, the Yakuza dealt sparingly within the drug trade and mostly within the sex trade. Old memories popping back of that eastern district of Gera'Sey that he never quite got to build.

" Ah yea...Red....wonder how shes doing...hmm...wonder if she even survived the whole thing..."

A pleasant memories. Big Red had been one of his assossiates. Big of course not refering to her actual height, or her girth but rather refered to her gigantic ti-. On that...stiffening thought. He made his way over to where the Yakuza used to call home in this city. Some bar over on the east side where they conducted their activities.
