It was nearing that time in which Noah had been readying for. The actions he was going to take had nothing to do with his initial and main goal. It was something that had been added on as of recently with learning of Sera's distraught past dealing with the depths of Hell. He had been building up the people of Inanis, more specifically the Military units. This was something that he wanted to do and at the same time he didn't want to because there would be lives lost, and Inanis was a paradise, or soon to be a Paradise of Terra. The Military forces of Inanis far exceeded that of even Mare Maris, and it continued to grow, getting ready to consume everything in it's path...as the way of Humanity...as the way of a Virus. The Soldiers didn't know that soon they would be going to the battle field, and possibly committing some of the worst actions they had ever done in their life, for despite the Calm composition of the Kami while sitting in his throne with his leg cross, head supported by his fist...he was out for blood. He waited there in his chambers, getting ready to go out and gather a large amount of individuals to come to Inanis, most of which would be enlisted in the Inanis forces soon. Every single soldier in the force was loyal to Noah, knowing that all of Noah's actions was always for the bettering of Inanis and nothing else, and these soldiers were True Soldiers, willing to fight any fight for the bettering of their home.

While waiting in his throne room, both Kimi and Galatea was out doing business regarding the gathering of more people to the village. There was quite a few places around them in which they could gather more members from, one being Mare Maris itself, and even that of Latito which was located south west of Inanis, near the area where Noah had gathered individuals before. Gathering people without force was a hard thing to do definitely by places that were ruled and possessed a military force, though Noah was already prepared for such if it was to go south. It wouldn't be long before Kimi came back, having to make her way through the city and to the House of Noah. While walking down the halls, she just thought about how wonderful it will be to have more wonderful individual live in what will eventually become the only Paradise on Terra. The thought of it made her giggle slightly, something that would of course be noticed by alot of the individuals that passed her on her way to Noah's chambers. When she eventually got to the chambers, she would stop some ways away from the thrown and would stand firm before Noah.

Noah looked towards Kimi as she stood firm, Noah's expression remaining well composed as he lifted his head from off his fist and brought the arm down onto the arm of the Thrown. His right leg would motion from over the left and place itself next to it, positioning himself into a normal siting position. He didn't say anything, but merely nodded which would have given Kimi the okay to speak on the matter at hand. " Sir, we've done our research, and though we could head to Mare Maris to gather more people, there is a good chance that we'll encounter trouble dealing with it's Militia, and that wouldn't be good for what you have planned in the future ". Noah nodded slightly but then brought his hand to his face, having the index and middle finger out going up his face and the thumb being aligned with the jawline. The others was in towards the palm of the hand which would develop the picture of him thinking, something he was actually doing at that moment. He had been to Mare Maris as Balmung, and had seen the greatness of the place. He had never been to Latito though, and new experiences was always great, or at least that was what the Kami believe.

He didn't say anything though, simply just sitting back down in his throne and placing his arm on the arm of the thrown, directing his fist up and placing his head back on it, having the fist press up against his cheek. He would get back into the sitting position that he was in at the beginning before Kimi entered the room, and with that he would keep his eyes closed, appearing as if maybe the Kami had begun to rest now even though he actually wasn't.

With the relaxation position achieved, the Kami would remain there for quite a period, while within the depths of his mind there was something else at work. The Kami would appear to be floating in the darkness of his mind, arms crossed and one leg arched up while the other straight down as it would appear that he was descending into it. The composure was calm and cool as he eventually would appear to have stepped on some kind of platform made of the very same darkness that shrouded the area. When he landed, all the other individuals would come out from the darkness as if they had been awaiting him. A chair would materialize for every one of them, spaced out quite a bit on the sides, being positioned to form a circular formation before a table formed in the middle. Once it formed, having been constructed in a more elegant way than usual, the Kami would make his approach to his seat as he then sat down. Once everyone was situated at their table, there would be a little period in which they all would look to each other before looking to the person that in a way called for this little meeting of all the minds.
